The UK Archaeology Map is now fully enabled to export and import XML that uses the MIDAS XML schema. So long as the XML can be reached via a URL and it is in the MIDAS XML standard then the data can be displayed on the map.

To use this feature, click on 'External' when you are viewing the map.

Add an URL into the textbox and click 'Load XML'.

An example XML file is available here:
