- Login to the site: http://www.online-archaeology.co.uk
- Go to the RSS reader: http://www.online-archaeology.co.uk/feeder
- Click on 'Add a feed' and enter the details
- You can then see the feed under 'My Feeds' by clicking the + icon

If you want to subscribe to be emailed:

- click the 'Manage Feeds' tab at the top
- click the blue icon on the left
- check the Subscribe box
- click update

To unsubsribe:

- uncheck the Subcribe box
- click update
