Hi

Im Helen currently living in Yorkshire in the UK. I am a geoarchaeology graduate browsing round a few sites when bumped into this forum. This is a nice site and thought Id join up, say hi and nice to be somewhere with fellow archaeologists and archaeology lovers.

I'm still looking for my first poistion in Archaeology and thus currently working in an office for a property search group doing the damn Home Information Packs  that our wonderful government thought would be a useful idea for those poor buggers now buying and selling houses. Its a shame the housing market is in a major slump, not helped by the syupid media making it look 10x worse and government, banks being gits! Wishing for a nice summer dig or nice archaeology opportunity to get me back in the swings of things and doing what I love .

I love archaeology and have been facinated since six. I also love art, drawing and painting is something that i have a small talent for and enjoy doing when I can. Im a hugh fan of sci fi, those sad people who are a trekkie and star gate fan! I also love anime - which is thanks to my wonderful years at university in cult tv society who basically watch telly LOL!
