You might recognise it from the top banner image on the main site (www.online-archaeology.co.uk). I've been busy getting a huge list of Roman Villas in the UK onto the map (www.online-archaeology.co.uk/GoogleMap), more to follow hopefully.

Thanks Steve, also good sites, I collate all the info I can on local Roman remains and earthworks. There is a Roman Villa very near where I live, but nothing visible now, and most of it, after some rescue archaeology a few years back has been covered over, but not before the majority had been ploughed away! Still, one can still find Roman roof tiles in abundance on the field! | | | |
