Dear Steve Further to your reply, unfortunately, as the site as on private land, the NGR and Postcode is not available online in case metal detectorists etc trespass. Dear Mr White Would it be possible to add our dig on your site? Regards Clare Gillet, Field Officer, Bexley Archaeological Group. www.bag.org.uk BEXLEY ARCHAEOLOGICAL GROUP - WEEKLY TRAINING EXCAVATION - 6th AUGUST - 10TH AUGUST 2007 Also open at weekends until October 2007. “Autumn” site - North Cray near Bexley, Kent Experienced and novice excavators from outside the Group are welcome to join us at our on-going site named Autumn. Minimum unaccompanied age is 16. All excavators will have the opportunity to experience the main tasks associated with an excavation under the supervision and guidance of a member of the Group. Tasks carried out during this excavation will include: • trowelling • finds processing • surveying • drawing • field walking The fee for the week will be £32.00 for non-members. This includes annual membership to Bexley Archaeology Group, insurance, Certificate of Attendance and admin. Established members wishing to participate, please also indicate on the attached form to enable a programme to be set up. Clare
