Hi Gordon in my research on pow camps in Cambridgeshire i met a ex pow by the name of Peter Rolf who is 89 years young and lives in my town ,Peterborough. He was a pow in Friday Bridge camp in 1946 to 1948. He made many toys ect he still has things that he made in the camp, a Tobacco case, boxes, and chess set all made from scrap wood He let me take photos of these items. I hope to talk to him again soon, he can talk for England Regards Streak.

I was hopeing Gordon to hear from people like me who share my passion on pow camps,it has taken me a long time and many hours of research so far may be i am on the wrong type forum Regards Streak
