Andrew, The story was about Cultybraggan Camp in Comrie, Perthshire. After ceasing to be part of the MOD estate in 2004, a plan was announced to turn it into the Scottish version of Eden Camp. A neighbouring landowner immediately threw a tantrum, since he obviously had had his eye on acquiring the land himself, and the local community council wanted leave to buy the camp and turn it into a museum. Just prior to my own visit in November 2006, a section of the original Nissen huts had been scheduled by Historic Scotland, but the rest was probably going to become an industrial estate.
