Peter Sommer Travels is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging archaeologist/ancient historian to lead some 1 and 2 week tours in Turkey. In depth knowledge of the ancient sites of Caria or Lycia a necessity. Peter Sommer Travels is a UK based specialist tour operator offering archaeological cruises and land based tours for small groups around the ancient sites of Turkey. The trips focus on particular regions, like Sailing the Lycian Shore, or on key characters from history, such as In the Footsteps of Alexander the Great. We have been organising and leading archaeological tours in Turkey and Britain since 1996. Originally trained as an archaeologist/ancient historian, Peter worked for many years as a Producer and Director of many landmark historical documentaries for British and American television. You can find out more about what we do on our website - http://www.petersommer.com Best wishes, Peter Sommer Peter Sommer Travels Tel 01600 861 929 info@petersommer.com http://www.petersommer.com
