In order to get Google to index the latest items I created a latest items RSS feed for the map and displayed it on the main site: http://www.online-archaeology.co.uk/UKArchaeologyMap/UKArchaeologyMapLatestItems/tabid/135/Default.aspx I've been checking the Google returns and today it looks like they're being picked up. Try searching Google for Boughspring Roman Villa like this: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=boughspring+roman+villa&meta= And the site is No.1 So long as I now add latest items in a controlled way (wait for the Googlebot to index) all of them will be listed in Google and it'll drive people to the site.
