The Online Archaeology Map was listed in The Independent (UK National newspaper) on 23rd May in an article called 'Just what you were looking for': "Find the vines that produced your wine, track house prices, and trace the fiver you spent last week - web addicts have adapted Google maps to suit every need. Rebecca Armstrong locates the best. Explore archaeological finds by browsing the map or searching by county and type of site (from pillboxes to Roman villas). More than 1,000 locations are listed". This was great exposure for the site as a whole so hopefully it will attract more members and visitors. Steve White
