Hi Steve, Wasn't sure how else to contact you...have been meaning to get in touch for ages about the dissertation I submitted (a few years back now!)... Firstly I wondered if you could change the title to Ownership and Inequality in the British Neolithic? I guess it works both ways, but the official title says Inequality - sorry to be belatedly pedantic! I also wondered if there's any copywrite regulations for the articles you publish? I don't mind my stuff being out there at all but am just curious about how it works... Look forward to hearing back! Best wishes Catherine

Hi Catherine - Good to hear from you again. I've changed the title as requested. As for copyright, the copyright is held with the original author. Online Archaeology doesn't claim any copyright to any articles not submitted by myself. You can tell me at any time that you no longer want the article to be included on Online Archaeology and I will immediately remove it from Online Archaeology. Let me know if you need for info/have any more questions. Steve White

Think I'm right in saying that under UK law anything you write down automatically becomes your copyrighted material. Obviously if you decide to sell those rights, it's a different story. Not sure whether it would still remain your intellectual property though. Regards,Gordon http://freewebs.com/thehistoryvault/ www.photobucket.com/albums/y20/Historian
