Okay, so right now we're trying to reconstruct a core from a large number of flakes and fragments from a site that has been recently excavated. We don't know what the finished product will/could look like, and there seems to be a few fragments missing.

Any ideas on how we can piece this thing together?

We've tried using the waves, the colouring, shapes, specific markings and still we have a tabletop full of the things .

Help!

Thank you!
