I wasn't sure what topic this came under, I'm trying to setup a web server by converting a standard windows xp PC, I need this web server to setup a MySQL database and for Php web pages. Does anyone know of any good free/cheap software to do this? And any tips? Gazz

Gazz - You probably already know that XP doesn't have IIS installed by default. If it's not on there it should be a simple process: Installing Apache, PHP, MySQL on XP PRO tutorial http://www.webthang.co.uk/tuts/tuts_server/sirj1/sirj1_1.asp If IIS is already installed, uninstall, reboot and then try the above. Here's few other resources: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=install+apache+mysql+php+on+xp&meta= Steve White
