 | | 01 Dec 2007 01:28 PM | | Hi, I'm looking for some work experience preferably in landscape archeology/ heritage mangement. I'm new to archaeology and would like to see what's out there. I'm currently doing an MA in Medieval Archaeology and would be available any time after April 2007, I have a full driving licence and am an excellent tea maker!
Thanks,

Unsure if your interested in this or not, but I am currently excavating at the weekends with my local archaeological Group, Bexley Archaeological Group. We do however, have a training week in August 6th-10th - £32.00 to excavate for the week, including surveying etc.
If you are interested, a form can be printed off at www.bag.org.uk. However, please email pips-pad@tiscali.co.uk, who is the site director and he will send you one and give you more info on the excavation.
I was there at the weekend and got burnt rotten! Loads of finds were coming up and afterwards a nice pint at the pub situated 2 minutes away.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to email me.
Regards
Clare Gillett
